Account

Similar to the "general ledger code" in FLAIR. UCF uses five account types: A - Asset, E - Expense, L - Liability, Q - Equity, R - Revenue. The Account field is 6 digits.

TipAsset, equity, and liability accounts have a one-to-one relationship with an alternate account. Expense and revenue accounts have a many-to-one relationship with an alternate account. When you enter an account, the alternate account defaults in the transaction.
