Additional UCF Financials WebCT Training Courses Available
New WebCT training classes covering the UCF Financials 8.9 upgrade are now available. These courses will assist you in learning about the upgraded system functionality in the Accounts Payable and Purchasing modules. UCF Financials users who create or approve requisitions are required to complete training by May 1st, 2006. Your participation in these training opportunities is critical to ensure that your current UCF Financials security remains active.
To register, visit the Financials Support Services (FSS) Website at www.financials.ucf.edu and follow this navigation: Training > Getting Started > Step 1 Financials Training Curriculum. You will be asked if you are currently a UCF Financials user or not, and will complete a series of questions about your job role. The UCF Financials mascot, Addy, will direct you to the appropriate training curriculum, based on how you answer your job role profile questions. Step 2 is registering for those classes in the Training Registration System.
Addy would like to thank everyone who attended last month's premier of the UCF Financials course offerings. It was a box office smash! People rushed to be among the first to register for the training classes, but only a lucky 100 were rewarded by Addy with a complimentary bag of popcorn. Congratulations to the following people for this special recognition.
For those who haven't registered, now is the time to get motivated! The first 250 people who complete the UCF Financials 8.9 training courses will receive a special readiness recognition keepsake. So register now, and don't miss your chance to get the sizzle!
